On November 4, at the General Assembly of the International Padel Players Association, the IPPA Board of Directors was renewed for the next three years, with Lucía Sainz maintaining the leadership.
With a single candidacy to preside over the association, the new Board of Directors is composed of the following members:

- Gemma Triay Pons – Vice-President
- Nuria Rodríguez Camacho – Secretary
- Marta Talaván Ruiz – Treasurer
- Delfina Brea Senesi – Member
- Marta Barrera de la Fuente – Member
- Lara Arruabarrena Vecino – Member
The new Board wishes to thank Alejandra Salazar and Patricia Llaguno, who are concluding their mandate, for their dedication and contribution to IPPA. Their work and dedication have been key to the success of the IPPA of recent years. Marta Barrera de la Fuente and Lara Arruabarrena Vecino join the Board with energy and commitment to continue promoting this sport.
The Board of Directors will continue its work on behalf of the players, defending their interests, collaborating in the construction of a solid professional sport, with Olympic ambitions and promoting the growth of women’s padel worldwide.
