Who
we are
At IPPA (International Padel Players Association) we work to improve the professional development of our members and to promote equality. To this end, since our creation in 2021, we protect and promote the rights of all our members and their collective image while supporting them in the current context of professionalization of padel, to help them develop their sport career.
United we are stronger and more relevant. That is why we are committed to acting as dynamic agents to focus on the issues that we believe should be the subject of debate, discussion and transformation. The areas that we believe to be key are: Training; Health; Alliances; The values of sport; and Padel, an Olympic sport.

United we are always stronger
As an association, we work for the development and excellence of women’s padel and we defend the rights and interests of all associated players, as well as their collective image rights. At IPPA we promote initiatives linked to key aspects for their development at the level of training, health and advice, among others.
We defend real equality
We believe in equal conditions and prizes between women’s and men’s categories, and we put all our effort and dedication into achieving this goal. Beyond the glass is the cause through which we promote actions to contribute to overcoming all barriers we, as women, face in the world of padel and sport in general.
Hand in hand with our allies
We build honest, committed and long-term partnerships that help us on this path and contribute to empowering women around the world through sport in general, and padel, in particular.
We want padel to be an Olympic sport
Through all its activity, IPPA contributes its share to achieve this collective goal.
