Purpose of the website
The main purpose of the Website is to provide information on the activities, services and news related to IPPA, as well as other contents of interest related to the field of padel. Additionally, the Website may include funcionalities that allow interaction between users and IPPA, in order to encourage visibility and interaction with the association.
Conditions of use
Access to and use of the Website by users implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions established in this Legal Notice and in the General Terms of Use. Therefore, users are invited to review both legal texts periodically, taking into account the corresponding date on which the legal texts are updated, especially in the case of changes that may be made in order to adapt to new legal requirements.
Exclusion of liability
IPPA uses its best endeavours to ensure that the contents of the Website are accurate and up to date. However, it cannot guarantee the total absence of errors in the contents or the uninterrupted availability of the Website. Therefore, IPPA assumes no liability for possible damages resulting from technical errors, interruptions of service, or access to content provided by third parties through links included in the Web Site. expressly prohibited without the prior wrifen authorisation of IPPA. The use of the contents for personal and private purposes is permifed, provided that intellectual and industrial property rights are respected and that no intellectual property notices are altered, modified or deleted.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the IPPA guarantees the protection of users’ personal data.

IPPA reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Web Site or certain services at any time and without notice, whether for technical, security or maintenance reasons, as well as for breaches of these conditions by the user.
Users must act responsibly, interact lawfully, and with respect for the rights of IPPA and third parties. This includes not using the Website to disseminate content that is illegal, offensive or invasive of personal privacy.
